Peticolas Brewing Company
What started as inspiration from his mom brewing beer in the 90s, came to be a full time passion for Michael Peticolas. Michael decided to build a brewery in 2011 and acted as a one man show for the first year while getting it up and running. Sure enough, over the first year, Peticolas Brewing Co won many national awards including the prestigious Great American Beer Festival gold medal for its English Pale Ale called Royal Scandal. Today Peticolas has become a staple brewery in Texas and is a must visit for anyone in the Dallas area.
Saint Arnold Brewing Company
Named after Saint Arnulf of Metz, the patron saint of brewers, Saint Arnold Brewing is the oldest craft brewery in Texas. This award winning craft brewery was founded by Brock Wagner and Kevin Bartol in 1994. Today, it has become one of the top craft breweries in the country in terms of beer sales and its brews are available in Texas, Louisiana and Florida.
Jester King Brewery
Founded in 2010, Jester King is an authentic farmhouse brewery located in Austin. Set on a 200 acre ranch, this craft brewery is known for making wild ales and fermented brews using water from their own well, locally grown and malted grains and native wild yeast. Some of its popular brews include Le Petit Prince, Noble King and Farmhouse Imperial Stout.
Karbach Brewing Co.

Real Ale Brewing Company

Freetail Brewing was founded by Scott Metzger in 2008. This San Antonio based brewery has won numerous awards and recognition including “top rated brewpub in Texas” according to BeerAdvocate.com. To meet the demands for its high quality brews, a second production brewery and tap room was opened on South Presa.
Lakewood Brewing Company
