They’re called escape rooms and they’re AMAZING. They’ve been appearing everywhere around the United States and now they’ve made their way to St Louis, Missouri. Mastermind Room Escape St. Louis
The top rated escape room in St. Louis by TripAdvisor, Mastermind Room Escape is one of the most popular escape rooms in the city. Since opening in 2015, it has created nine unique themed rooms, opened another location in St. Charles and has welcomed almost 40,000 players to its doors. Some of its rooms are available only in St. Louis or in St. Charles but one room, Elf Escape, is offered in both.
Red Herring Escape Rooms
Located in the heart of Delmar Loop, Red Herring Escape Rooms is one of the most unique escape room experiences in St. Louis. Just a few minutes drive west of St. Louis, Escape From St. Louis is a fun room escape experience found in Maplewood. The goal is really simple: a group of up to 10 people are locked in a room and must work together to solve a series of puzzles and riddles, and escape within 60 minutes. It offers three challenging but fun-filled rooms: A Ghost Story, Murder at Denbrough Mansion and The Tomb.
Can You Escape
One of the most popular escape room games in the country, Can You Escape allows players to get the feel of what it’s like to be trapped in a room with a zombie chained to the wall. Like stepping inside a horror movie, a group of up to 12 people must work together to find clues and solve riddles to find a key to unlock the door and ultimately escape. To add to the pressure, every five minutes a foot of the zombie’s chain is released and players must avoid becoming its next meal.
