Surly Brewing Co.
In December 2005, Omar Ansari and Todd Haug brewed the first batch of Surly beer. Ten years later, this Minneapolis based brewery has expanded distribution outside of Minnesota and to nearby states. To meet the ever growing demand for their exceptional brews, they opened the Destination Brewery in 2014.
Indeed Brewing Company
Located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis, Indeed Brewing was founded by three friends, Thomas Whisenand, Rachel Anderson and Nathan Berndt, in 2011. This microbrewery offers three flagship beers namely, Day Tripper, Midnight Ryder and Dandy Lager, as well as seasonal and specialty brews. Their commitment is to use only the finest ingredients in making their high quality beers.
Summit Brewing Company
One of the top 50 U.S. craft breweries according to the Brewers Association, Summit Brewing traces its humble beginnings in 1986. Thirty years later, this St. Paul based brewery has won numerous awards and recognition at the World Beer Cup and Great American Beer Festival. Its year round brews, especially its flagship beer Summit Extra Pale Ale, as well as seasonal beers have become a favorite in the Twin Cities area.
Bent Paddle Brewing Co.
Opened in 2013, Bent Paddle Brewing was founded by two couples, Bryon and Karen Tonnis, and Colin and Laura Mullen. Bent Paddle produces their award winning beers at their 30-barrel production craft brewery located in Duluth. Their mission is to produce unique beers that “Bend the Tradition”.
Dangerous Man Brewing Co.
Situated in an old bank, Dangerous Man Brewing was founded by Rob Miller in 2013. This Minneapolis based craft brewery is known for their excellent brews that are only available on tap or sold in growlers. Their favorite brews like the Chocolate Milk Stout, Peanut Butter Porter and Belgian Golden Strong, to name a few, have kept beer fans coming back for more.
