Green Flash Brewing Co.

Established in 2002, Green Flash was founded by Mike and Lisa Hinkley in Carlsbad before moving to its current headquarters in San Diego. This craft brewery is known for its award winning beers which include their West Coast IPA, Le Freak and Double Stout. Its beers are available throughout the country in bars, restaurants and retail outlets.

The Bruery

Located in Orange County, the Bruery is a boutique craft brewery founded in 2008. This award winning brewery specializes in barrel aged and experimental ales. It has been featured numerous times in the media and publications like CNN, New York Times, Huffington Post and LA Times to name a few.

Cellarmaker Brewing Co.

Cellarmaker Brewing Co. is a San Francisco based brewery which offers an ever rotating selection of small batch brews on tap. One of the favorites in the state, the brewery only produces one beer at a time in small batches. Its goal is to produce different flavors thus it is constantly experimenting with different barrels, hops and yeasts rather than producing the same beers all the time.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.

In 1979, Sierra Nevada Brewing was founded by Ken Grossman after moving to Chico, California. A year later the Pale Ale was born followed by the Celebration Ale in 1981. More than 30 years later, this small brewery has grown and has become a favorite brand in the country.  However, they still maintain their passion for making the best tasting brews from the purest ingredients while using both traditional techniques and also inventing new methods.

Lagunitas Brewing Company

Lagunitas was founded in 1993 before moving to its current location in Petaluma. Ten years later, this popular brewery ranked fifth in the Brewers Association’s list of top selling U.S. craft brewing companies. Aside from the one in Petaluma, it also has a brewery and taproom in Chicago.

Track 7 Brewing Co.

Named after the old Western Pacific railroad tracks, Track 7 was established by the Graham and Scott families in Sacramento. This small batch brewery has two tap rooms that feature five year-round beers.  Some of their more well known brews are Bee Line Blonde, Daylight Amber, Soulman Stout, Panic IPA, Left Eye Right Eye IPA, and Hoppy Palm Pale Ale.  The brewery is known for experimenting with different beer flavors and styles.
